Tickets to Dialog in the Dark are sold for specific dates and times.
There are three easy ways to purchase tickets:
1. Online - purchase tickets now!
2. Phone - by calling (816) 460-2020.
3. In person - by visiting the Union Station Ticket Counter.
Ticket prices:
Adults (13 and up): $22
Children (4-12): $18
An adult must accompany all children under 12. The exhibition is not recommended for children under the age of 8. For safety reasons, children under the age of 3 are prohibited.
Union Station Members: $18

Reschedule Fee: $ 5.00 per ticket
(Must be done no later than the day before the scheduled visit. If there is no space available to reschedule to, then the original reservation remains.)

All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
Dialog in the Dark is a timed exhibition allowing for approximately 60 minutes in the exhibit. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation to pick up your tickets and queue up for the exhibit.
Visitors who arrive late and are unable to make their scheduled ticketed time, if space permits, will be placed in other time slots. However, if none are available for the same day, visitors may have to return another day or forfeit their ticket entirely.
Other information:
Tickets will not be mailed but will be available on the day of your visit for pick-up at WILL CALL located in Ticketing.
Outside food and beverage and chewing gum are not allowed, but as part of the experience beverages can be purchased within the exhibit with cash only.
The entire Exhibition experience is in complete and total darkness. Therefore, all light emitting devices such as watches, cell phones, cameras, sneakers, jewelry, and other glow in the dark ornaments are prohibited. Matches and lighters are also prohibited. You will be provided, at no charge, a secure locker located outside the exhibition entrance in which to deposit the aforementioned items along with glasses, purses, backpacks, matches, lighters, and other personal possessions.
To provide you with a comfortable and secure experience in the dark, security cameras are in place throughout the exhibition.
We recommend you wear comfortable shoes and refrain from wearing flip flops or shoes that can easily slip off your feet.
Visitors with special needs are welcome, but they MUST book in advance and inform about their special needs in order to be provided an appropriate and suitable service during the tour.
The entire exhibit is handicap accessible. Electronic wheelchairs cannot be used in the exhibition, but manual wheelchairs are available at the Information Booth on Level 1 or at the Information Booth located across from the exhibit entrance on the Lower Concourse Level
Public parking is available in the West Yards parking garage. First three hours are free. Groups should drop off and pick up at the front entrance (south side of the building) and pick up their tickets from the Information Booth on Level 1.
